Our senior craftsmen in estimating, project
management, drafting, and the shop all have two qualities: They
are skilled craftsmen in their discipline and they are good people.
We share a sense of pride in the long heritage
of fine woodwork that started in 1891 when skilled immigrant guild
workers began doing the finest woodworking in the Twin Cities area.
The skills that built fine cabinetry and millwork for the best homes
and offices in the late 1800’s are the same skills that supported
our country in two world wars when Aaron Carlson created large modular
wood bridges used to span rivers in Europe as Allied forces pushed
enemies into retreat.
In recent years Aaron Carlson has adapted
to the changing needs of its customers, remaining focused on providing
better and best interior custom woodwork and furniture. As new technologies
are proven they are adopted so we can serve our customers optimally.
Currently our team relies on a group of shop,
estimating, drafting, and project management leaders whose average
experience in woodworking exceeds 20 years.
Ron McInnis leads Operations, Paul Nielsen
is our Senior Estimator, Scott Ryerse leads Residential Sales, and
Roger Dufault manages our operations in Morris, MN.
Owners are Al, Diane, and Jason Horner.
